WOD:

A) Pendlay Rows:
5-5-5-5-5 @65-70% 1RM Clean

B) EMOM 16:
5 Box Jumps (24/20)
5 Burpees
5 Thrusters (45/33)

RULES
-IF Round is finished under :40 ADD 1 rep to each (6-6-6)
-IF Round is finished in over :50 SUBTRACT 1 Rep each (4-4-4)
-Make these adjustments every round.
-Score is total reps completed

So if your first round of 5-5-5 is finished in :38 seconds
then round 2 is 6-6-6 and if that is finished in :39 seconds
then round 3 is 7-7-7, you finish round 3 in :58 seconds
Round 4 goes back to 6-6-6…etc
