3 Rounds:
20 Air Squats
15 each leg Horizontal Swings
15 each leg Front 2 Back Swings
25′ Broad Jump
25′ Walking Lunges
10 Wall squats (stand 6in from wall, toes pointed straight forward, hands in the air)
Home Workout
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
1. Death By Air Squats:
Starting at 1 add 1 rep each minute until failure
Once you fail, rest 5 minutes
2. Death By Situps:
Starting at 1 add 1 rep each minute until failure
Score is total Rounds, each minute completed equals a round.
