15 Leg kicks (front to back)

15 Jumping Air Squats

15 Broad Jumps

Breath in and out at 3 seconds in 3 seconds out during:

200m Butt Kicks

200m High Knees

200m Karaoke

200m 80% Sprint

Home Workout

Metcon (Time)

21-15-9:

pull ups or body rows under a table

Thrusters (use whatever weight or weighted objects you have available)

Burpees

*Between Each Round Run 800m

After all 21’s Run 800m, after all 15’s run 800m, after all 9’s run 800m
