A) 40MIN Sustained Run/row/airdyne… keep moving for 40min
Today we focus on that thing we call cardio, a nice casual LSD (not the drug) day. LONG SLOW DISTANCE, we rarely do these types of training days so it is important that we show up to participate. Believe me, as your coach, I understand the frustration with these types of training days. They are BORING to say the least, but they are just as important as any other type of training we do. So get in here, enjoy the sunshine, be thankful you can run/row/ or ride that bike and get after it!
