Announcement: Today is the start of the Summer Lean out Challenge.  Today will be your first, of many tests throughout the challenge which will end Aug. 30th.  This is not your typical challenge, there is no strict diet routine that you must follow.  I say this because everyones body is different, everyone reacts differently to different types of foods.  Paleo may be your best bet and it may also not be great for you so I will not limit you to one avenue of approach.  Please give your coach your $10 cash to enter the challenge.  There will be weekly blog posts and updates.
