Jumping Lunges – Alternating
– Deadlift Weight AHAP

(As heavy as possible)

– Double dumbbells

– Barbell

– odd object (Detergent jugs, gallon water jugs, duffle bag with books or magazines) fill jugs with water or sand if possible

– If no weight is available complete double the reps in good mornings or toe touches, finger tips touching ground
