This post is going up early because we have an important announcement about our schedule.
We are now open 7 days a week, the Sunday schedule is an 11am-1pm open gym.
Our morning classes until summer have been re-arranged and is as follows starting on Wednesday January 16th:
6am is now the first class followed by 9am and noon. All evening classes are remaining the same.
A) AHAP pause Snatch: 7×2 Pause Snatch **2 second pause @ knee**
B) Strict Press 8×4 @55% every 1 min.
C) AMRAP 12: 8 shoulder to OH 185/115, 20 Pullups, 50 DU’s
