10 Lateral Burpees over bar

*One Parter does a round while the other does a pinch grip hold (25’s/15’s), if the partner drops the weights during the round they must do 5 pull ups and the partner doing work must stop.

Both Partners must complete 4 rounds of work totaling 8 rounds.
