10 inchworms

10 romanian Deadlifts

Weightlifting

Deadlift (5×3 @ 70% +50LBS)

Warm up to 70% Then add 50lbs and perform your 5×3. 15 minutes total

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

7 Pull ups

7 Deadlifts (95/65)

7 Hang Pwr Cleans (SAME BAR)
