Aztec pushup: YouTube it (modification: front clapping pushups [but if you do rear-clap it’s RX])

Jumping BMU: stand on a box/plates that allow(s) just enough height to jump up to mid-abdomen, then press out to full extension. BOX HEIGHT IS IMPORTANT: you cannot be so elevated that you can jump to the final position
