B) Tabata:
Air Squats
Mountain Climbers (4Ct)
Med Ball Cleans
Flutter Kicks (4Ct)

*Score is TOTAL Reps
8 rounds of :20 work & :10 rest
Do All 8 Rounds for the first exercise before moving to the next
