Bench Press (1 Rep Max Day!!!)

Take your time, partner up and build up to a new 1 rep max Bench press

15 Toes to Bar

20 Wall Balls 20/14
Scale for double unders is x3 single unders

Scale for toes to bar is V-ups – do not let heels touch the ground on rep
