or 1 mile sled drag 135lbs

***Teams of 2 one person will push the sled 100m while the other person holds two kettle bells in the rack position (1.5/1.0), Each Partner will push the sled 8 times.***

If a class has more than 8 people have half the class do it before the strength and the other half at the end.
