Gymnastics

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Deck-to-Pistol
When rising from the deck, jump immediately into a pistol and rise up.

RX+: add a hop onto a plate while still on one foot

Modifications:

-burpee, then pistol

-burpee, then squat

Weightlifting

To conserve time, if there is a class waiting, leave bars out and roll them to the wall when class is done

Snatch (1RM – Squat Snatch)

Full squat at point of receiving the bar

Power Snatch (1RM – Power Snatch)

Partial squat (above parallel) at point of receiving the bar

Muscle Snatch (1RM – Muscle Snatch)

No rebend of hips at point of receiving the bar
