What is CrossFit?

In 10 words or less give us your best definition of what is CrossFit in your own words?  The best response will probably get a prize 😉

My personal definition of what is CrossFit is: Find what you suck at and try to suck less.

WOD:

A) Establish 5RM Push/Split Jerk

B) EMOM 10: 10 Push Presses (75% BW)

C) 800m Run,

100 KB Swings (1.5/1.0),

50 T2B,

50 Sprinter Sit ups (you tube if you are unfamiliar),

800 M Row,

50 Thrusters (45/33),

50 OH Walking Lungers (outside with bar used for thursters)

Ladies Only WOD:

A) EMOM 10:

Minutes 0-1 (odd rounds): 10 Abmat Sit ups

Minutes 1-2(even rounds): 15 Double Unders or 30 Singles

B) 5 RNDS for Time:

7 Thrusters,

7 T2B/Knees to Chest

7 Burpees
