Partner WOD:

20 Minute AMRAP of:

Partner A) Has 4 attempts to throw a ball into a crate from 10ft. For every missed shot, your partner will do 5 burpees. (Maximum of 20 burpees). If you make it the first try your partner does NO burpees 🙂

Partner B) Waits for the outcome of “partner A’s” throws. Performs necessary penalty, THEN performs 15 OH Walking lunges. (45#/25#)

Switch rolls, score is based on how many lunges are done between partners. Keep a running tab.
