AMRAP 18:

15 Single-Leg Walkout to Push-Ups (R-Leg on ground)

30 Fire Hydrants (L-Leg)

30 Hip Bridges

15 Single-Leg Walkout to Push-Ups (L-Leg on ground)

30 Fire Hydrants (R-Leg)
Fire Hydrants:

1. Start on all fours.

2. Lift your designated leg to the side, keeping your knee bent, until your knee reaches hip height.

3. Lower to start, touching your knee to the ground.

4. 1 Rep Completed.

Hip Bridges:

1. Start lying flat on your back, your knees bent and your heels a few inches away from your butt. Your feet should be about hip-distance apart.

2. Lift your hips up.

3. Then lower them back to the ground.

4. 1 Rep Completed.

Single-Leg Walkout to Push-Ups:

1. Start with your feet hip-width apart, hands at sides.

2. Lift your non-designated leg slightly off the ground.

3. Bend at your hips to reach hands to floor and crawl out to a high plank.

4. Keeping your left leg hovering off the ground, with shoulders over wrists and abs engaged, do a push-up.

5. Crawl your hands back to your feet and stand.

6. 1 Rep Completed.
