Okay CFR family and friends the time has finally arrived where our website is near 100% completion. I know this blog is something that people have been hearing me rant about over and over. Well I guess if you bitch and complain long enough you’ll finally get your way (at least that’s what I’ve done). So a run down on what to expect….

B) DEATH BY PULLUPS
With a continuously running clock do one pullup on minute one…two pullups on minute two…three pullups on minute three…keeping working up the ladder until you cannot complete the desired pullups within the minute
*2 min rest*
DEATH BY SITUPS
follow the same ladder scheme as the pullups
