400 meter Jog

Banded Tri push downs 3 x ME

Halos 2 x15 each arm

Weightlifting

Bench Press (9×3 @ 50% of 1rm )

30% band tension at the top. 3 grips to use.

Skill Work

JM Press (4×8 @ start at 20% of you 1rm bench)


Add weight if the 20% is to light.

Sled Pull Back Extension (4 trips heavy (ask for demo))

DB Front/Lateral Raises (4×12)

Up right rows (4×12)
