Team Wod of 2 (depending on class size etc)
Three rounds of:
a) Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75/55
b) Goblet Squats (53/35)
c) Push-press, 75/55
d) Row (Calories)
e) Burpees

*Rest 1 minute*

**just like fight gone bad… 1 min amrap at each station and rotate… score is total number of reps as a team** partner (A) starts with sdhp then goes to goblet squats… partner (B) goes from goblet squats to push press etc etc…

Who says you cant have fun and workout?! Love these peeps, always working hard and having fun!
