Pre-squat external rotation

Maybe give this a try and see how your squat position and external rotation is prior to getting under that bar.  Many of us wonder why our legs cave in during the squat, we can’t quite figure it out mentally as we move our own bodies.  Our coaches see it and tell us but we just don’t comprehend how to make our bodies react the way we need them to.  Hopefully this little video goes a little more in depth and helps you all better understand that squat position and how to generate a little more power out of the bottom!
