B)  EMOM 5:

Overhead squat (95/65) (sub OH (OH Squat Grip) lunges if Athlete doesn’t have full ROM for OH Squat)

:30 of work Max Effort,

:30 rest.

C) 35 min Sustained Running, rowing, or airdyne (Pick one)
