WOD:

A) 3 Pos Snatch 15min:

Beginners < 6mo CF only barbell,

>6mo CF 65% 1RM,

> 1yrCF 85%1RM….

With advanced athletes work up to these numbers and try and do 5 rounds of 1 at each position

B) Proper Bailing Techniques (Overhead movements)

C) AMRAP 5:

10 kb swings (1.5/1.0),

10 Burpees laterally over KB

*Rest 2 Min*

AMRAP 3:

6 KB snatches (3 each arm),

10 Goblet Squats. USE ONE KB
