Warm-up

Warm-up (No Measure)

“Everyone clean up their weights”

One team, one fight!

todays warm up is 60 burpees because people left weights out yesterday (about 8 wall balls and 6 bars from the evening). Everyday after this that weights are left out we will add 10 burpees to the warm up.

These burpees will be done together, everyone will count the rep number together out loud. We call this little thing a “Team Building” Exercise.

Weightlifting

Bench Press (5×6 @60%+25lbs)

*With a partner or small group you will perform 5×6 @ 60% +25lbs, If you missed a week prior to this do the week you are on.

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 20:

30 Push ups

20 HANG KB Snatches Left Hand (1.5/1.0)

30 Abmat Sit ups

20 HANG KB Snatches Right Hand
