10 inchworms

10 romanian Deadlifts

Weightlifting

Deadlift ( 5×3 @ 70% + 10LBS)

Warm up to 70% Then add 10lbs and perform your 5×3. 20 minutes total

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 Deadlifts (185/135)

10 C2B Pull ups

5 Strict HSPU
Scaled Versions:

Weights (155/115) or (115/85)

12 Pull ups or 12 Banded pull ups

5 Seated Dumbell Press (35/20) or (20/10)
