Whole Life Challenge
This weekend we embark on our journey through the whole life challenge. It’s really simple and something we should all be a part of and all you need to do to want to be a part of it is want to change something about your life/fitness/wellness etc… Whether its reach a new 1RM back squat, lose 10lbs, or get better sleep at night this will surely help you. Why? Because it makes a daily game out of everything you do in life.
Everyone wants to look and feel better, thats no secret, and this 56 day online “game” will help you identify the areas that you need change in order to achieve those goals. There is no loser here, no matter what you do or how well you do it you will constantly be learning about yourself. You will better understand your dietary needs, sleep requirements, fitness regimen that is necessary for you to reach and set new goals. It really is a win-win situation for all involved. Many of your coaches and mentors will be doing it right there with you so feel free to ask us questions and see what we are doing to make it work. We are your resources here, we are here to help and help we will.
This isn’t just open to gym members, get your families involved. We will be doing our workout on Sunday at 1pm as well as getting our starting points, for those not in the box all they have to do is a 1 mile run/walk/jog for time (whatever ability level they are at). There is still time to register, but it needs to be done by tomorrow. The more people we get involved the more fun things we get to do and giveaway as prizes! So what are you waiting for?
