Back Squat (1×3, then Max reps at 80% of daily 3RM)

Build to a heavy triple in 10 minutes. Then drop to 80% of daily 3RM and go for max reps at that weight.

This is week 3 of this. I want you to focus these last two weeks on those 3RM numbers. That’s what we are scoring. We have one more week before deload.
