Amrap reps

1 – Crab hold alt toe touches

2 – Box or target toe taps

3 – Single arm plank hold

4 – Overhead squat
– hold carb position and don’t let butt touch ground. Alt hand to toe touch

– set up box or books and alt tapping toes

– overhead squat is with broom or stick if no barbell is available
