    Happy Birthday, Carla! I know it’s your birthday, however, your bday workout seems a bit aggressive. I would love to celebrate your bday doing a hard workout but it should not require me to extract my soul from my physical body. Anyone do the workout today, yet? How was it? Did anyone shit themselves and then go home and cry themselves to sleep in the shower?
