Nothing really long today. Most of my “blog consuming energy” will be going into tomorrow’s post so get ready for that one….But I just wanted to bring everyone up to speed on the happenings of CFR.
1. The fitness wave Body fat dunk tank is coming back today. For everyone that got dunked the first time around, I was planning on keeping the time slots the exact same to avoid any confusion. Please contact me immediately if we can’t get you in during the same time you did two months ago. we will adjust accordingly.
2. Have you been in the gym where you see some “older” gentleman who may appear to be slow and methodical, just absolutely kill you?? well that guy is Jeff Jones. Jeff is competing this weekend at the NLI competition in the masters division. I expect us to have another good turnout like last event.
3. We have to start thinking about a holiday party!!!! I want you guys to comment on any ideas about what we can do for a holiday party that is cheap and a lot of fun…..personally i was thinking we could just go streaking through 2nd street but people might get a little weird….POST IDEAS TO THE COMMENTS PLEASE!
