HOLD POLICY

For all 4 week Membership Agreements, you have the flexibility to put your membership on hold up to 3 weeks in a calendar year at no additional cost. However, any hold duration exceeding 3 weeks will incur a maintenance charge of $25 every 4 weeks. It's important to note that the total cumulative hold duration should not exceed 24 weeks within a calendar year.Please provide at least five business days' notice prior to initiating the hold. Upon the completion of the hold period, your account will automatically transition back to an active status, and regular payments will resume accordingly. If you decide to return before the scheduled end of the hold period, the hold will be released, and payments will resume as usual.While on hold, membership cancellation is not permitted. If a cancellation request is made while on hold, the membership will automatically become active, and the member will be responsible for providing a 30-day cancellation notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To effectively cancel your membership, please be aware that active membership status is required. Should your membership be on hold at the time of cancellation, initiating the cancellation process will automatically reactivate your membership, prompting the final payment to be made. To cancel your membership, a 30-day written notice is mandatory via the submission form on the website. It's important to note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30 days of your invoice billing date, that payment will proceed as scheduled. Your membership will officially terminate at the conclusion of the final paid 30 days. Please be advised that all payments made towards membership are non-refundable. Additionally, any grandfathered membership rates or discounts will be forfeited upon cancellation, and if you choose to return, you will be subject to the current rates at that time.
