Announcements: This weekend we will be closed Sunday for Easter. Classes will be as normally scheduled on Saturday 9am, 10am, and open gym 10am-noon. We will also be having a modified schedule next weekend. All of the coaches (literally all of us will be out of town from friday pm-monday am) Details will follow in an email newsletter.
A) 3 Pos Clean 30min:
Beginners < 6mo CF only barbell,
>6mo CF 65% 1RM,
> 1yrCF 85%1RM….
With advanced athletes work up to these numbers and try and do 5 rounds of 1 at each position
B) Proper Bailing techniques (Squats)
C) AMRAP 7: 5 C2B Pull Ups, 15 Dumbell Thrusters (45/25)
