A) 3 Pos Clean 15min:
Beginners < 6mo CF only barbell,
>6mo CF 65% 1RM,
> 1yrCF 80%1RM
B) Ankle and overhead mobility
C) Death By OH squat (95/65) and Abmat Sit ups:
If you fail before 10 min cut number in half and continue till failure again.
(these are done at the same time i.e. 1 oh squat 1 sit up from 0:00-1min… 2 oh squat 2 sit ups form min 1min-2min, etc…)
