*rest 40 seconds*

B) 4×8 Goodmornings

*heavy but perfect*

C) EMOM: Snatch

0-3 min: 4 Reps @ 60%

4-7 min: 3 [email protected] 70%

8-11 min: 2 Reps @ 75%

12 min: AMAP @75%

I want you to watch this video. Pay attention to a few different things:

  • the intensity of the lifter
  • the perfect form, explosiveness & power produced
  • the amount of lifters watching & giving cues to the one performing the lift.
  • the atmosphere that should be created on ME Days
